1 Introduction & Eligibility

Sonabat is an internationally operated online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Sonabat and its users. By registering on or using Sonabat, you agree to all of these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Management

To create an account on Sonabat, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Only one account per person is allowed. If a single individual is found to have multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

• You must provide your name, mobile number, and date of birth accurately at the time of registration.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to Sonabat Support immediately.
• Providing false information or using another person's identity will result in immediate account closure.
• KYC verification is required before making a withdrawal.

3 Eligibility to Participate

To play games on Sonabat, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing any games.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Individuals with mental incapacity are not permitted to use this platform.
• Sonabat employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to create accounts as regular users.

Sonabat reserves the right to verify a user's age. If any user provides false information regarding their age, their account and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Sonabat supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. All transactions are processed in BDT or select cryptocurrencies.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit — withdrawals to a different method may not be accepted.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, Sonabat may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Large withdrawals are not possible without completing KYC verification.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All Sonabat bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant promotion details carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: A minimum wager amount is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is typically 20–35 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Game Limits: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on Sonabat are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology audited by independent third-party testers. Game outcomes are entirely unbiased and cannot be manipulated in anyone's favor.

• Each game has its own rules. Please read the relevant game rules before you start playing.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all wagers will be refunded.
• Sonabat is not responsible for any game interruptions caused by network disconnection.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting errors or bugs will be considered void.
• Bets in Sports Betting will not be accepted after the cutoff time.

7 Responsible Gaming

• You can temporarily close your account for a set period using the self-exclusion option.
• Activating a cooling-off period will temporarily pause your access to games for a set duration.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Sonabat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• In cases of illegal activity or suspicious transactions.

9 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Sonabat reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or through platform notifications.
